STATE House Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says Edgar Lungu is free to lead a public procession to State House as long as he follows the law. On Friday, Lungu, who is former president, said he would soon lead demonstrations to State House, demanding President Hakainde Hichilema’s resignation.
