MINISTRY of Health Director of Infectious Diseases Professor Lloyd Mulenga says even though monkeypox is not a sexually transmitted infection, the virus has been largely seen on men who have sex with other men. Speaking when he featured on Prime TV, Saturday, Prof Mulenga said female sex workers had also been highlighted as one of the population which needed to be isolated and sensitised on the monkeypox virus.
