SOCIALIST Party leader Fred M’membe says President Hakainde Hichilema’s decision to suspend three judges will bring much more complicated deficiencies and weaknesses in the Judiciary. M’membe adds that the timing of the suspensions raises questions, wondering whether one would be wrong to suggest that the decision is connected to the case of former president Edgar Lungu’s eligibility.
