MINISTER of Green Economy and Environment Mike Mposha has advised citizens not to withdraw the use of solar ahead of the rainy season, arguing that one season cannot fill water reservoirs. Meanwhile, Mposha has attributed the increase in deforestation levels in the country to weak enforcement of laws and high demand for timber products.
