THE Auditor General’s Report on the Audit of Constituency Development Funds (CDF) for the financial year ended December 31, 2023 has revealed that there are still challenges in the implementation of CDF projects such as weak monitoring, delayed completion and ineffective loans among others. The report also highlights improved absorption rates on the implementation of the Youth and Women Empowerment Grants and Youth and Women Empowerment Soft Loans components.
