GOVERNMENT Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says government has unearthed a scheme by the opposition to try and tarnish the country’s image by filing complaints of alleged human rights abuses or violations via email to visiting UN special Human Rights Rapporteur, Ireen Khan.
