AGRICULTURE Minister Mtolo Phiri says all farmers that will get fertilizer from the government are mandated to sell 10 50kg bags of maize to the Food Reserve Agency. Speaking when he issued a Ministerial Statement in the National Assembly, Thursday, Phiri said farmers who would not comply would be excluded from the programme. “Prior to the migration of the 74 districts to e-voucher in the 2024/2025 farming season, farmer verification was conducted, and all the 1,024,434 farmer beneficiaries were verified.
