PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says the disruption caused by the withdrawal of funding by USAID cannot be overstated. In a statement shared on his Facebook page, Sunday, President Hichilema said this when he met UNAIDS Executive Director and Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, Winnie Byanyima, on the sidelines of the AU Summit in Addis Ababa.
