DIRECTOR of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Gilbert Phiri says the National Prosecution Authority does not shy away from dealing with misconduct at the institution. Speaking during the signing ceremony of the code of conduct for prosecutors, Wednesday, Phiri advised that prosecutors who were unable to match the demands of the code would do well to resign. “I wish to stress that public service is a calling, a vocation if you will.
