THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has announced that it has arrested seven individuals and seized 120.3 kilogrammes of cannabis in Southern and Western Provinces. In a statement issued Thursday, DEC Public Relations Officer Allan Tamba disclosed that in Southern Province, the Commission arrested two male persons in connection with the offence of trafficking 91 prepacks of high-grade cannabis weighing 103 kilogrammes. “In its ongoing campaign to curb illicit drug-related activities, the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC), has recorded successful operations in the Southern and Western Provinces.
