THE Higher Education Authority has launched a National Graduate Survey aimed at providing insight on how the country can help solve the problem of graduate unemployability. Meanwhile, Ministry of Education Permanent Secretary Educational Services Kelvin Mambwe says for too long, the system has operated in silos where graduates leave higher education institutions with qualifications, but without clear pathways to meaningful employment.
