STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says President Hakainde Hichilema is looking forward to a constructive debate with opposition leaders. In a statement, Wednesday, Hamasaka said President Hichilema emphasised that the debate should be substantive, solution-oriented and not unproductive. “President Hakainde Hichilema welcomes constructive debate with opposition leaders but emphasises the need for substantive, solution-oriented proposals.
