BRITISH High Commissioner to Zambia Rebecca Terzeon says Constitution Amendment Bill Number 7 needs more meaningful consultations before it is tabled in Parliament. Terzeon says a Constitution needs to be owned by the people and represent their views. She was apeaking on the sidelines after opening Pembele Secondary School in Chirundu with Education Minister Douglas Siakalima. The school is UK-funded through “Promoting Equality in African Schools (PEAS)”.
