FIRST Deputy Speaker Attractor Chisangano yesterday kicked out Mpika PF MP Francis Kapyanga from the House for failing to adhere to her guidance against debating ruling party members. While the House was considering the report of the Committee on Agriculture, Lands and Natural Resources on the impact of climate change in Zambia, Kapyanga demanded that the ruling UPND apologise to the Zambian people for their failure to address load shedding. Kapyanga further accused the UPND of failing to address issues of climate change, which had led Zambian businesses to fail.
