THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has intercepted two trucks involved in an alcohol smuggling operation worth K750,000, in which the goods were concealed under other cargo to evade detection. In a statement issued on Thursday, ZRA Corporate Communications Manager Oliver Nzala revealed that one of the trucks, which had been declared as carrying rice and kapenta, was found to be concealing boxes of alcohol and assorted goods.
