THE former minister of housing and infrastructure development who also served in the ministry of tourism, Honourable Ronald Chitotela, has raised a concern in the National Assembly over some UPND cabinet ministers whom he says have opted to stay away from ministerial houses so that they can claim housing allowance. It is unfortunate that the Speaker of the National Assembly did not tolerate this concern in the House. In our view, this is a very serious matter of public interest and deserved a better reaction from the Speaker than what was given.
