THERE are many things that can be said about the development involving former Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Honourable Stanely Kakubo. The scandal in which he has found himself in has many faces, and many questions can be asked too. For example, the information obtaining on the ground is that the minister sold a mine, and that he has several mines. How did he own these mines in the first place?
