A FEW days ago, Minister of Health Honourable Sylvia Masebo raised a matter that rattled some residents of Lusaka. In her address on the cholera epidemic, the minister observed that some residents of Lusaka were living in unsanitary households with no clean drinking water. She urged people who are struggling to live in the city to consider relocating to the village.
