THERE is one more thing that needs to be said about the UPND’s desperation to introduce social media broadcasting regulation. Since assuming office, the UPND government has showcased a woeful ineptitude in effectively communicating its policies and engaging with the public. This failure is endemic, not only within the government itself but also permeates the ranks of the ruling party.
