FODEP executive director George Chimembe says the Constitutional Court judgement on the need for public office aspirants to possess grade 12 certificates or equivalents, was discriminatory and not inclusive. Speaking to News Diggers, Tuesday, Chimembe appealed to the ConCourt to revisit its decision in the near future.
