THE decision by the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) to distribute quarantined Honeybee drugs to hospitals is beyond puzzling. What is even more puzzling is that the institution claims this was done by mistake. We understand that mistakes do happen and human beings error from time to time, but this mistake of giving out drugs that failed quality tests is something incomprehensible.
