THE Energy Regulation Board says it has instituted investigations to establish the circumstances which led to fuel being contaminated at two Mount Meru filling stations in Chipata, arguing that it’s quite an unusual practice. In an interview, ERB board chairperson Reynolds Bowa said the incident might have been due to a human error. “Well, we have to do an investigation to understand what happened because obviously, this kind of thing is not common.
