RURAL Electrification Authority (REA) Corporate Affairs Manager Justin Mukosa says the authority has seen an expansion in the scope of business related activities. In an interview, Monday, Mukosa said electrifying rural areas was a game changer now that residents in those areas have ventured into various business activities.
