THE state has asked Lusaka Magistrate Irene Wishimanga to adjourn Fredson Yamba and Joseph Malanji’s case after thieves allegedly broke into a prosecutor’s vehicle at a mall and stole a laptop and documents relating to the case. State prosecutor Monica Mwansa told the court that the incident has left her and the witness who was supposed to be on stand, traumatised and as such they need time to recover.
