A SIXTY (60) year old grand father has appeared in the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court facing three counts of incest. Danston Siwelwa of Lusaka’s Chainda Township is alleged to have sexually abused his granddaughter who is under the age of 16 on three occasions in December 2023. It is alleged in the first count that Siwelwa, between December 2, 2023 and December 9, 2023 had carnal knowledge of the victim who to his knowledge is his grand daughter.
