WOMEN’S Super League clubs have lauded the Zambia Premier League for its initiate to give them grant to support the growth of the ladies game in the nation. In its quest to promote women’s football development in Zambia, the ZPL has began the process of distributing over K1.6 million to teams in the Women’s Super League and Women’s National Division One League. Each Super League team will receive K100,000, while teams in the National Division One League will benefit from K50,000 each, totalling 49 teams across both leagues.
