THE Zambia Revenue Authority has had a tough time trying to respond to questions from taxpayers in the hospitality industry. This was during the ZRA smart invoicing webinar held on Tuesday, featuring various players in the tourism sector, among them Protea Hotels proprietor Mark O’Donnell.
