PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has dismissed speculations that his portrait has been added to the new banknotes. Various netizens, including PF faction Information and Publicity Chairman Emmanuel Mwamba, have alleged that a security feature of what appears to be President Hichilema’s portrait has been added to the new currency. Speaking to journalists in Mongu, Saturday, President Hichilema urged people to focus on positive things.
