PRESIDENTIAL Advisor on Health Roma Chilengi says the drug forensic report has some huge revelations around the weaknesses in the procurement, storage and distribution of medical commodities. And Professor Chilengi says he facilitated and attended some of the 33 meetings that high profile government officials held with the US embassy on the theft of drugs donated by the US government and other donors.
