THE Judiciary of Zambia has emerged as the winner in Category 1 of the Global Network on Electoral Justice (GNEJ), a recognition for delivering electoral justice. And Chief Justice Dr Mumba Malila, State Counsel, says the award was a recognition of the efforts that Zambia was making in delivering electoral justice.
