HOLLARD Life Zambia has announced the completion of its acquisition of Absa Life Zambia, having purchased 100 percent of Absa Group’s shareholdings in the company. Speaking at a press briefing, Monday, Hollard Group Chief Executive Officer Paul Nkhoma said the acquisition would see the company welcome Absa Life Zambia’s insurance team into its operations, while existing policyholders would be jointly serviced by the combined teams. “Hollard Life has completed the purchase of Absa’s insurance business in Zambia.
