A MANAGER at Mika Convention Centre has narrated to the Lusaka High Court how he saw the late Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) Director General, Gutila Muleya, being forced into a vehicle in handcuffs at the hotel. Testifying before Justice Vincent Siloka on Tuesday, 44-year-old Richard Kapili told the court that Muleya pleaded with him not to let the men he was with take him away, saying he did not trust them.
