THE Lumezi Town Council says it has recovered over K420,000 from Constituency Development Fund (CDF) empowerment loan defaulters after taking legal action. Last month, the local authority sued 34 CDF loan defaulters in the Chipata Subordinate Court to recover K1,463,776.35 in unpaid arrears.
