THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says the newly launched online voter pre-registration platform will allow citizens to initiate the registration process online and later complete it physically by appearing before a registration officer. ECZ Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis says the platform will make voter registration more efficient and inclusive, particularly for citizens who are time constrained.
