AN arresting officer has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that it only took him three days to investigate Christian Democratic Party president Apostle Dan Pule’s remarks before charging him with the offence of seditious practices. In this matter, Pule is charged with seditious practices. When the matter came up for cross-examination before Magistrate Sylvia Munyinya, Wednesday, Detective Inspector Joseph Manda confirmed that he carried out his investigations before charging Pule for seditious practices.
