MINISTRY of Health Director for Infectious Diseases Prof Lloyd Mulenga says the country will have a higher HIV infection rate next year among those aged between 15 and 24 years. Prof Mulenga also notes that government needs to flood injectable ARVs and condoms, among other preventive measures, in areas where young people can access them.
