JUSTICE Minister Princess Kasune has urged CSOs to give the technical committee tasked with consulting citizens and drafting proposed amendments to the Constitution a benefit of the doubt. Kasune notes that the current Terms of Reference (ToRs) for the technical committee should be given more time.
