PROFESSOR Muna Ndulo has noted that one of the country’s shortcomings is its excessive dependency on donors, even though much can be achieved using its own resources and efforts. He adds that he sees this in many Zambian NGOs, where the mentality of dependence is so high that when donors pull out, the organisations simply collapse.
