THE Zambia Men’s National Handball Team has entered a crucial phase of intensive preparation ahead of the 2026 Men’s Handball Africa Cup of Nations, stepping up their training regimen at the Olympic Youth Development Centre (OYDC) in Lusaka to ensure optimal readiness for the continental tournament. With the championship slated for January 21 to January 31, Zambia is among 16 African nations set to compete not only for continental honours but also for coveted qualification spots for the 2027 International Handball Federation (IHF) Men’s World Championship.
