THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has set March 27, 2026, as the judgement date in a matter where former Kasama MP Kelvin Sampa is accused of theft and forgery. Meanwhile, a mining and business consultant has told the court that he was contacted by Sampa in August 2024, sourcing for five kilograms of gold. In this matter, Sampa is accused of theft by agent, illegal possession of forged banknotes, and possession of materials used for forgery.
