FORMER Health Minister Elijah Muchima says it’s unfair to say that he did not support the Constitution Amendment Bill No. 7 when in fact his vote was affected by a faulty gadget in the National Assembly. According to sources, Muchima and his fellow dismissed minister of Small and Medium Enterprises, Elias Mubanga, were among the ruling party MPs who voted against the Bill, prompting the President to dismiss the duo from his Cabinet.
