FORMER Ministry of defence permanent secretary and Copperbelt PF provincial chairperson Stardy Mwale has joined the UPND. And UPND Copperbelt Province Chairman Elisha Matambo says the party’s aim is to ensure President Hakainde Hichilema wins big in this year’s general elections.
