THE K1.5 million Chinkuli Police Post being constructed using the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Chongwe District of Lusaka Province now stands at 90 percent complete. Acting Lusaka Province Permanent Secretary Kennedy Kalunga says the project is expected to be fully completed next month. Speaking when he toured CDF projects in Chongwe, the Acting Provincial Permanent Secretary said he was impressed with the quality of works at the facility by the contractor.
