THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) says a 22-year-old youth of Kalingalinga Ward 36 in Munali Constituency has turned a K100,000 Constituency Development Fund (CDF) loan into a fitness business, earning over K4,000 per month. According to LCC, Obster Siakotela, proprietor of Kommandos Fitness Squad, accessed the loan in 2025 under the CDF Youth, Women and Community Empowerment component. The council stated that the initiative supports individuals, groups and cooperatives in building sustainable income-generating activities.
