THE local authority in Chinsali District in Muchinga Province has approved 77 empowerment grants for cooperatives, clubs and community groups in Chinsali Central Constituency under the 2026 Constituency Development Fund (CDF). The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, through the Muchinga Provincial Local Government Office, approved the grants in accordance with Section 12(a), read together with Section 25(2) of the CDF Act No. 1 of 2024.
