THE Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources says citizens can now pay K3,000 over a period of three years in order to obtain a title deed. Ministry Permanent Secretary Patrick Mucheleka says citizens are expected to make an initial payment of K1,000, then complete the balance of K2,000 within three years. In an interview, Mucheleka said this was part of government’s land reforms aimed at promoting easy access to land and ownership.
