FIRST Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Attractor Chisangano yesterday chased Lunte PF MP Mutotwe Kafwaya and Nkana Independent MP Binwell Mpundu from the House for disturbing the proceedings. She gave the order when Minister of Tourism Rodney Sikumba was presenting the Tourism and Hospitality National Amendment Bill No. 58 of 2026, which seeks to revise the composition of the Zambia Tourism Agency Board and the Hotel Managers’ Registration Council. “The Honourable Member for Lunte and Nkana, please leave the House. Go and caucus outside. You are disturbing the proceedings of the House,” ordered Chisangano....
