HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says the UPND is the only government that has been courageous enough to repeal the Public Order Act, stating that the Public Gatherings Bill does not favour the ruling party. Speaking during debate on the Bill, Monday, Mwiimbu told MPs who opposed the Bill to go to court if they felt aggrieved, insisting that the UPND would pass the Bill.
