WHAT began as disbelief and hesitation has slowly turned into enterprise for Nkabilama Multi-purpose Cooperative in Kanyama’s Ward 13, where members say the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) has helped them move from uncertainty to tangible economic activity, albeit with challenges.
