FORMER Lupososhi PF MP Emmanuel Mpankata says the next Parliament will include MPs from all participating political parties and many independents, and will not be dominated by any single party. And Mpankata says he will contest the Luwingu Central constituency under the Citizen’s First party because that is what the people of his constituency want.
